Delivery time

The face up for your dolls head will take about 4 to 8 weeks, depending on extra charges and change requests. Please note, after order confirmation I will stand in constant contact with you to show the intermediate steps of the work. Only after confirmation from your side I will go on with the work.

Any other product will be delivered within 3-4 working days within Germany, about 1 week within EU and about 2-4 weeks outside of EU. The delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time (including face ups).

Please note, on Sundays and public holidays no packages will be delivered.
