Delivery time

The face up for your dolls head will take about 4 to 8 weeks, depending on extra charges and change requests. Please note, after order confirmation I will stand in constant contact with you to show the intermediate steps of the work. Only after confirmation from your side I will go on with the work.

Any other product will be delivered within 3-4 working days within Germany and about 1-2 week within EU. The delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time (including face ups).


Please note, on Sundays and public holidays no packages will be delivered.
