Iridescent pearlescent effects with Perfect Pearls from Ranger.
The product can be used or mixed both dry and wet - with watercolours, inks, acrylics, ultra-thick embossing powders and other media. The pigments are non-toxic and acid-free and come in a plastic jar.
The shimmer powder is wonderful to use for face ups. I use it between each step to add accents. Note, however, that the powder becomes "duller" with each sealing step. So the powder should be applied either just before the end or regularly each step.
